Job Description

Reporting To: The Chief Executive Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales revenue through seeing and seizing opportunities for new and existing businesses.
- Prepare high quality proposals for new clients and for old clients requiring new services
- Support the Senior Management Team to present proposals to clients
- Assist in organizing Business Development Events and Functions
- To conduct marketing and sales of security guarding businesses as well as cross-sell other security-related products
- To establish new clientele
- To ensure growth and profitability of your Business Unit
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Expand business reach through networking techniques
- Develop, monitor, and execute strategic and comprehensive marketing budgets and plans that drive business growth while aligning to the firm’s strategic objectives
- Draft and deliver timely weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual work plans that foster collaborative marketing initiatives to the CEO.
- Design and implement direct marketing campaigns according to the firms overall marketing strategy while leveraging creativity and innovation.
- Conduct insightful market research and intelligence for the firm, analyzing results to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the CEO and leadership.
- Proactively track and monitor both new and existing member accounts to ensure continuous engagement and retention.
- Provide and submit timely monthly reports on the firm’s marketing activities, offering timely insights into campaign effectiveness.
- Competently and adequately represent the firm in requisite capacities, maintaining a professional image.
- Perform any additional lawful duties as may be assigned from time by the CEO.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in protective services & management, procurement, business administration, marketing or equivalent. (Possession of a Master’s Degree will be an added advantage)
- At-least 7 years-experience particularly in business development, sales or account management (Experience is the security industry and/or public sector is an added advantage)
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong network within the Security industry
