Job Description

To play a pivotal role in shaping the firm business strategies and nurturing lasting partnerships. The candidate’s expertise will ensure the firm remains an industry leader while making a positive impact in our community.

 Reporting To: The Chief Executive Officer 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Generate sales revenue through seeing and seizing opportunities for new and existing businesses.
  2. Prepare high quality proposals for new clients and for old clients requiring new services
  3. Support the Senior Management Team to present proposals to clients
  4. Assist in organizing Business Development Events and Functions
  5. To conduct marketing and sales of security guarding businesses as well as cross-sell other security-related products
  6. To establish new clientele
  7. To ensure growth and profitability of your Business Unit
  8. Resolve client inquiries and complaints
  9. Expand business reach through networking techniques
  10. Develop, monitor, and execute strategic and comprehensive marketing budgets and plans that drive business growth while aligning to the firm’s strategic objectives
  11. Draft and deliver timely weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual work plans that foster collaborative marketing initiatives to the CEO.
  12. Design and implement direct marketing campaigns according to the firms overall marketing strategy while leveraging creativity and innovation.
  13. Conduct insightful market research and intelligence for the firm, analyzing results to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the CEO and leadership.
  14. Proactively track and monitor both new and existing member accounts to ensure continuous engagement and retention.
  15. Provide and submit timely monthly reports on the firm’s marketing activities, offering timely insights into campaign effectiveness.
  16. Competently and adequately represent the firm in requisite capacities, maintaining a professional image.
  17. Perform any additional lawful duties as may be assigned from time by the CEO.




Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in protective services & management, procurement, business administration, marketing or equivalent. (Possession of a Master’s Degree will be an added advantage)
  2. At-least 7 years-experience particularly in business development, sales or account management (Experience is the security industry and/or public sector is an added advantage)
  3. Ability to build rapport with clients
  4. Strong negotiation skills
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  6. Ability to prioritize and multitask
  7. Strong network within the Security industry
  8. A creative person with integrity, respect for others, a commitment to engage, build trust, and a genuine caring attitude.
